3. Payment & Refund Policy

Deposits: All custom web design projects require a non-refundable 50% deposit before work begins.

Final Payment: Remaining balances are due upon project completion and before final delivery or launch.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of design work, no refunds will be issued after work has begun. If the client cancels the project, any work completed beyond the deposit may be billed separately.

Payment Methods Accepted: We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.
